Role Description
The Sr. Video Editor role at Bombay Media is a full time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role involves leading end-to-end video editing projects, from assembling raw footage and selecting the best takes to crafting compelling narratives that match campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include refining pacing, sound, and visual style, collaborating closely with account managers, copywriters, and designers, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
The Sr. Video Editor will also guide junior editors,



manage multiple timelines and deliverables, and contribute creative input on concepts and treatments for digital campaigns. The role calls for hands-on work in post-production, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing final files optimized for various platforms.

This is an AI-first role — the ideal candidate actively uses AI video tools to speed up production, not just traditional editing software.

Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AI video generation and editing tools is a must (e.g., Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Pika, or similar) — including AI-assisted rough cuts, voice cloning/dubbing, AI upscaling, background removal, and generative b-roll/VFX.
Solid working knowledge of AI in the post-production pipeline - using AI for footage organization, auto-transcription/captioning, rotoscoping, color matching, and speeding up turnaround without compromising craft.
