We are expanding our internal sales team and are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Internal Sales Engineers / Executives to support enquiry handling, quotation preparation, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination with internal departments.

Role Overview
The Internal Sales Engineer / Executive will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with the design, estimation, production, dispatch, and finance teams, and supporting the field sales team in converting enquiries into orders.




The candidate should have positive communication skills, basic technical understanding, robust follow-up discipline, and the ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Handling
Receive and understand customer enquiries through email, phone, WhatsApp, website, LinkedIn, field sales team, and existing customers.
Study customer requirements, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Clarify technical and commercial requirements with customers.
Enter all enquiries into CRM or internal tracking system.
Quotation Preparation
Prepare techno-commercial quotations as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and management for pricing and technical inputs.
Ensure quotations are accurate, skilled, and submitted within timelines.
Maintain proper records of all quotations, revisions, and customer communication.
