Position: Logistics Executive – Pharmaceutical Industry
Location : Makarba
Salary : Up to 25k + Petrol allowance
Experience : 1–3 years (Pharma Logistics / Supply Chain)
Qualification: HSC/ Graduate / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management; Pharma background preferred
Two Wheeler Compulsory

Job Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound logistics for pharmaceutical products.
Ensure compliance with GDP (Positive Distribution Practices) and other pharma regulations.
Coordinate with transporters for cold chain shipments and timely deliveries.
Maintain proper documentation for batch numbers, expiry dates, and temperature logs.
Monitor inventory, storage, and dispatch from warehouses.
Liaise with vendors, distributors, and internal departments.
Track shipments and resolve delivery or transit issues.

Key Skills:
Knowledge of pharma supply chain regulations and cold chain management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory software.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail for regulatory documentation.
