Creative Strategist / Production Associate (Short-Form Content)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and execution-driven strategist who sits at the center of our content engine. This is a high-impact role where you’ll turn ideas into published content by collaborating closely with videographers, editors, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between content strategy, production, and execution.
Coordinate with videographers, editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure content is published consistently.
Plan and manage the content pipeline to meet deadlines and maintain smooth workflows.
Write engaging short-form scripts for advertisements and organic content.
Research and analyse viral trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta platforms.
Contribute to content ideation, creative direction, and performance-driven concepts.




Support video shoots and post-production processes to ensure seamless execution.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational and creative challenges.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Content, Production, Creative Strategy, or a related field.
Robust understanding of short-form content and viral content mechanics.
Ability to write compelling, high-retention scripts.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Hands-on approach with a solid bias for execution.
Deep familiarity with internet culture, social media trends, and creator ecosystems.

Must-Have Skills
Experience working on Reels, Ads, and Short-form Video Content.
Understanding of Meta Ads and Organic Content formats.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong grasp of content pacing, storytelling, hooks, and audience retention.

Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
Experience in EdTech, Education, or content-led startups.
Familiarity with UGC-style content and performance marketing creatives.
