Senior Design Coordinator – Modular Kitchen & Furniture Systems
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Coordinator with robust expertise in residential modular kitchen and wardrobe systems.
This is a leadership role requiring technical precision, client presentation confidence, and execution discipline. You will lead design presentations alongside the Sales Manager, supervise Junior Designers, and ensure technically accurate, commercially viable proposals for apartments, villas, and independent homes.
Key Responsibilities
Translate client requirements into functional and commercially viable modular layouts
Lead client presentations with the Sales Manager
Develop accurate kitchen and wardrobe layouts aligned with module sizing standards
Review and approve designs, drawings, BOQs, and quotations prepared by Junior Designers
Ensure margin protection and costing accuracy
Validate site measurements and service readiness (plumbing,
electrical, civil)
Coordinate installation and resolve execution challenges
Mandatory Experience
8+ years in residential modular kitchen / furniture design
Proven experience handling apartments, villas, and individual homes
Solid knowledge of module sizing standards and hardware systems
Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and costing
Experience managing high-value residential clients
Proficiency in AutoCAD and modular planning software
Key
All designs, drawings, BOQs, and quotations prepared by Junior Designers must be reviewed and approved by the Senior Design Coordinator before submission or execution.
