Job Description: Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate various project-related agreements — EPC contracts, subcontractor agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and joint venture contracts.
Ensure all contracts protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, projects, HR) for contract-related inputs and approvals.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with corporate laws, Companies Act, RERA, environmental regulations, and infrastructure-related statutory norms.
Maintain and update statutory registers and documentation as per legal requirements.
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel as needed.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.




Prepare legal notices, responses, and briefs.
Coordinate with external lawyers and represent the company in legal proceedings where required.
Corporate Governance & Advisory
Advise management on legal implications of business decisions, transactions, and policies.
Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Draft board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
Risk Management
Identify potential legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
Develop internal policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Conduct legal awareness sessions for project and management teams.
