Executive Assistant to Founder

Location: Coimbatore (Peelamedu Area)

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs

Nap Chief is a fast-growing D2C kidswear brand known for bold, comfortable, and sustainable clothing for kids who love to stand out. We’re a tight, energetic team with a solid digital presence and a loyal community of parents across India. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive person to work directly with the Founder, take ownership, and help drive execution across the business.

What you'll be doing
Support the Founder on key projects and priorities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
Build dashboards, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations.
Use AI and automation tools to improve productivity and processes.
Create SOPs, trackers, and workflows.
Research markets, competitors, and business opportunities.
Track follow-ups and action items.
Support launches, expansion projects, and strategic initiatives.
Handle confidential information with care.

A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without reminders.
Robust with data, analysis, and business reporting.
Curious about AI, automation, and process improvement.
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
A problem-solver who can work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or a startup.
Exceptional candidates with robust internships, entrepreneurial experience, or leadership exposure may also apply.
