We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of custom ERP solutions, integrations, and internally developed ISV products.
This is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, push developers, communicate directly with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
What You’ll Own
Manage multiple concurrent development projects (ERP customizations, integrations, ISVs)
Run daily/weekly standups and actively remove blockers
Translate business requirements into transparent technical tasks
Work directly with developers and development manager to validate scope, estimates, and feasibility
Track progress using tools like Smart Sheet and hold the team accountable
Communicate proactively with internal leadership and clients
Identify risks early and drive resolution—not just report them
Ensure deliverables meet both functional and business expectations
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)Communication
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Comfortable leading client calls and internal discussions
Technical Understanding
Experience understanding APIs (REST, webhooks, integrations)
Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
Able to challenge developers intelligently

Proven ability to deliver projects—not just manage them
Can handle ambiguity and evolving requirements
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

Experience managing ISV or product-based development
Background in software development or QA
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum in real-world settings
