Role Description

This is a contract and fully remote Marketing Coordinator role. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee day-to-day project management tasks, assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintain efficient communication with clients and team members. Additional responsibilities include supporting event planning, crafting marketing materials, influencer research, outreach and contributing to sales outreach efforts when necessary.

Qualifications
Robust communication and writing skills to effectively collaborate with clients, partners, and the internal team
6 months – 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, agency work,



or a similar coordination role — recent graduates with strong internship experience or desire to learn also welcome.
Attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure a high level of accuracy in tasks
Prior experience in multicultural marketing and influencer campaigns is a plus but not essential
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not essential

Contract & Hours
6-month initial contract, extending to 12 months on successful review — strong performers continue long-term
30 hrs/week, remote
UK hours with flexibility — core overlap 2pm–6pm India time, rest flexible
Paid monthly in INR
1 month probation period
Paid time off — public holidays + annual leave

This is a dedicated full-time role. It requires your full working attention during core hours, regular daily zoom calls and cannot be combined with another full-time job, freelance client work, or a second remote role. If you are currently employed elsewhere or hold other ongoing work commitments, please do not apply unless you plan to leave those before starting.
