Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
Drive the implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful deliveries.
Provide technical expertise and support during SAP system upgrades and migrations.
Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote best practices within the SAP ABAP development team.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the organization.
Document and maintain technical specifications,



ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions with other systems.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture.
Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
