About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Quant Research, Trading, Infrastructure, and Business Operations. The role requires strong project execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver strategic initiatives in a rapid-paced quantitative trading workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, trading, quant, and business teams to ensure timely execution.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.




Improve project management processes and ensure effective documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience in technology or financial services.
Robust knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tool.
Experience in trading, fintech, or capital markets is preferred.
