Reels Video Editor (Beginners only - 1–3 years experience)

We're a Mumbai-based design and brand strategy studio working with a growing roster of design-led brands. We're hiring a Reels video editor to own execution across Reels, campaign films, and social content. We care about the work. We want someone who can read a brand and edit for it, not just cut footage to a beat.

Note: This role is for beginners only - applicants with 1–3 years of experience. Please do not apply if you're more senior.

What you'll do
Edit Reels and short-form video across a mix of consumer and lifestyle brands
Build motion graphics and animated typography that hold their own on the feed
Cut campaign films, founder content, and product stories
Work closely with the founder on visual direction, pacing, and brand consistency

Who we're looking for




A degree in design, film, animation, or a related field (NID, Srishti, MIT ID, Pearl, IIAD, SRFTI, Whistling Woods, or equivalent) preferred
Solid command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
A real portfolio of motion graphics work — kinetic type, transitions, animated elements
An eye for pacing, sound design, and visual hierarch
1–3 years of experience — attitude and taste matter more than years

Nice to have
Colour grading chops, sound design instincts, basic 3D or Blender exposure.

The setup
Full time, based in Versova with flexibility to WFH. Small team, room to figure things out on your own, real ownership over what goes out.
