Responsibilities :-
Hands on experience in application support or intelligent systems support (AI/ML and Chatbots) with Python
Hands‑on experience with: cloud platforms (Azure preferred), APIs, integration troubleshooting, JSON, logs
Experience working with monitoring tools.
Robust analytical and debugging skills for production systems.
Familiarity with ITIL processes for AMS operations.
Exposure to MLOps practices such as model monitoring, pipeline orchestration, logging, and deployment support.
Ability to support data scientists with environments, pipelines, and deployment troubleshooting.
Familiarity with LLM‑based assistant or retrieval‑based systems.
Provide L2/L3 support for intelligent applications such as Chatbot
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
Monitor application performance, usage trends, and system health.




Support content updates, configuration adjustments, and functional enhancements in coordination with business teams.
Ensure smooth operation during updates, deployments, and workplace changes.
Assist in supporting AI/ML-based components integrated within applications
Work closely with Data Science/Data Engineering teams for deeper issues
Support basic ML lifecycle tasks such as logging, testing, or evaluation coordination
Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change activities following ITIL processes.
Perform daily/weekly application health checks, log reviews, and proactive monitoring.
Maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides).
Participate in governance calls, service reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.
Support adherence to SLAs, KPIs, availability, and operational compliance.
