Shift: U.S. business hours overlap (EST preferred) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Content Writer / Publisher to support marketing, sales, and recruitment initiatives. This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and publishing high-quality digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a solid understanding of SEO, hands-on experience with content management systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
Write and edit website content, blogs, articles, and marketing copy
Create engaging content for LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives
Optimize content using SEO best practices (keywords, meta descriptions, internal linking)
Publish and manage content using CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Format content with proper headings, images, and layout to improve readability
Collaborate with design, marketing, and recruitment teams
Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
Ensure all content is error-free, engaging, and aligned with brand voice
Track and improve content performance using basic analytics tools

Required Skills & Qualifications




1 4 years of experience in content writing and/or content publishing
Excellent command of written English (grammar, clarity, tone)
Portfolio or samples of published content (mandatory)
Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
Hands-on experience with CMS tools (WordPress preferred)

Basic SEO tools (preferred, not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience writing for a U.S. audience or B2B services
Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy and digital marketing copywriting
Exposure to Google Analytics and Google Search Console
