Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineer - Geotechnical to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead geotechnical engineering projects, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for analyzing complex soil and foundation challenges, designing sustainable solutions, and ensuring compliance with Indian building codes and international standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Conduct comprehensive geotechnical site investigations, including soil sampling, laboratory testing, and ground characterization analysis
Design and analyze foundations, slopes, and underground structures using advanced geotechnical software and modeling techniques
Perform slope stability analysis and assess geotechnical hazards to ensure project safety and compliance
Prepare detailed technical reports,



design calculations, and recommendations for construction projects
Supervise field work, coordinate with contractors, and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to geotechnical specifications
Utilize AutoCAD and specialized geotechnical software (PLAXIS, GeoStudio, SLIDE) to develop models and solutions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, architects, and project managers
Review and interpret geological and hydrogeological data to inform engineering decisions
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and fostering career development
Ensure all projects comply with Indian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
