As part of this role, you would be responsible for delivering Qualified Services engagements with a solid focus on firewall migration, security transformation, and technical consulting. The role involves working closely with customer to design, validate, and implement secure network architectures, execute complex migration projects, and ensure smooth production transitions. The position requires deep hands-on expertise combined with robust customer interaction and solution advisory capabilities during project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver projects including design, implementation, optimization, migration, and configuration reviews.
Build labs and validate solutions and migration procedures prior to production deployment.
Prepare delivery documentation including HLD, LLD, MOP, as-built reports, and technical presentations.
Lead customer technical review calls, migration planning sessions, and documentation walkthrough.
Review technical workflows and align delivery execution with project timelines.
Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate project effort tracking including billable and non-billable activities.
