Job Description
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, Customers, and Partners to identify, analyse, and prioritize business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed Functional Specifications, User Stories, workflows, use cases, and process documentation.
Coordinate feature delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Define acceptance criteria, support testing efforts, and validate completed functionality.
Analyse complex business processes and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices across the product organization.
Participate in data migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
