Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screen profiles against job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

Requirements
Fresh graduate or prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Available to join immediately
Mumbai-based candidates preferred
