Job Purpose

Sales Manager – Car Loans is responsible for sourcing Car Loans business from the bank’s existing customer base. This role focuses on relationship management, cross-selling, and customer engagement to drive business growth and profitability. The position requires solid coordination with internal teams and a commitment to delivering high service standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory norms.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate Car Loans leads through internal channels including branches, relationship managers, call centres, and loan centres.
Engage with existing customers to understand financial needs and offer suitable Car Loans.
Conduct customer meetings to assess eligibility, financial standing, and property documentation.
Ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and disbursement coordination.
Deliver timely support and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through cross-sell initiatives.
Track and report sales performance,



pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for effective loan processing.

Secondary Responsibilities
Maintain strong knowledge of Car Loans products, lending norms, and documentation.
Identify and convert sales opportunities from existing customer relationships.
Promote digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and relationship management.
Utilize banking systems and customer management platforms efficiently.

Education
Graduate Degree: Any stream
Postgraduate Degree: Any stream (preferred)
Skilled Certifications: Preferred but not mandatory

Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience in BFSI, preferably in retail lending and customer engagement.
Role Level: Manager / Senior Manager
