We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator — Founder’s Office at BEAM Learning!

BEAM is building the future of early education and learning through play. We’re looking for a creative, organized marketer who can work closely with our founders to tell our story and reach more families, educators, and communities.

What you’ll do:

• Work with the founders to shape and execute BEAM’s growth marketing strategy

• Manage our social media and content calendar

• Coordinate copy, creatives, approvals and publishing

• Support campaigns, events, partnerships and community outreach

• Capture classroom, educator and parent stories responsibly

• Track performance, identify insights and recommend what we should test next

You’ll be a valuable fit if you:





• Have 1–4 years of experience in marketing, content or social media

• Write well and have a solid visual eye

• Are comfortable with Canva, social platforms and basic analytics

• Can take an idea from brief to execution

• Are excited about education and learning through play
