Core Responsibilities & Requirements
Manage the full-cycle IT recruitment process specifically for government and public sector clients.
Source, screen,



and engage highly qualified technical candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
Leverage platforms such as Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CEIPAL to build and maintain an active talent network.
Navigate government hiring processes, compliance standards, and eligibility requirements effectively.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage the candidate lifecycle through offer acceptance.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure timely, high-quality candidate submissions.
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills within a target-driven environment.
