Square One Hardware is seeking a energetic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth across the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
Appoint, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners across the assigned territory.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the furniture hardware, modular furniture, and interior solutions segments.
Build robust relationships with architects, interior designers, OEMs, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic business development.
Ensure effective implementation of sales plans, promotional activities, and product launches.
Drive collections, maintain commercial discipline, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.




Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and performance reviews for management.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture hardware, architectural hardware, plywood, laminates, building materials, or related industries.
Robust understanding of channel sales and dealer network management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
