Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India, for a Senior Field Marketer / Business Development Manager. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and healthcare partners, identifying recent business prospects, and creating targeted marketing campaigns. The individual will be responsible for generating leads,
coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and promoting the organization's services. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategic business plans, and representing the organization at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
Field Marketing and Campaign Management experience
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in report generation and performance analysis
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
Knowledge of fertility care and IVF services is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
