Role Description This is a full-time, in office Barista role based in the Mohali district. The Barista will prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for light menu items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following hygiene and safety guidelines. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit. The role also involves restocking supplies,



supporting opening and closing procedures, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth, effective café operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Candidates should possess Barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic coffee equipment operation.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to handle simple menu items while following safety and hygiene standards.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a café or restaurant, ability to stand for extended periods, basic math skills for handling transactions, reliability in attendance and time management, and openness to working versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
