Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Ooty. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service standards, managing budgets, and maintaining a seamless guest experience. Additional duties include training team members,
monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the service aligns with the resort's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
Solid Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain high guest satisfaction
Experience in team Training and performance management
Knowledge of Budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage operations
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Relevant experience in the hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
