About the Role:
We are looking for self-driven Freelance Corporate Partnership Managers to build relationships with HR, L&D;, and business leaders and generate corporate partnerships for CareerSecure's employee education and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with corporate decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR, L&D;, and business leaders.
- Present CareerSecure's corporate solutions and partnership programs.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into corporate partnerships.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
- Update meeting and sales progress regularly.

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, HR Solutions, Recruitment, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Existing corporate network will be an added advantage.
