Research Associate - R & DJob Description
Execute peptide synthesis (SPPS/LPPS), HPLC analysis, and process development activities while ensuring compliance with GLP, safety,



and SOP requirements. Support process optimization, scale-up, technology transfer, data interpretation, documentation, reporting, equipment maintenance, and team training to achieve project objectives within timelines.
1. Perform peptide synthesis activities (SPPS/LPPS) as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Team Lead in accordance with approved procedures and project timelines.
2. Conduct in-process analytical testing, including HPLC analysis, to monitor reaction progress, assess purity, and support process development activities.
3. Ensure adherence to Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety guidelines, and departmental SOPs while carrying out laboratory operations.
4. Execute experiments and development activities within stipulated timelines and provide timely updates on project progress.
