Role: Junior Influencer Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Influencer Manager to support end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for Lipton. This role will work closely with internal teams, creators, talent managers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution, content excellence, and performance tracking.





The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital content trends, creator ecosystems, social media platforms, and influencer campaign workflows.

What you will be doing:

Influencer Discovery & Campaign Planning
- Research, identify, and curate creators aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand requirements.
- Assist in influencer shortlisting, outreach, and campaign planning.
- Support the development of creator-first campaign concepts and content approaches.

Content Strategy & Quality Control
- Review influencer content concepts, scripts, and deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate content feedback and approvals between creators, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Ensure content quality, compliance, and timely delivery across campaigns.

Digital Content & Creative Support
- Contribute to content planning, and creator brief development.
