Key Responsibilities

* You are responsible for setting up and leading BA - Production team related
activities at River
* You are responsible for developing secure shopfloor meeting ISO14001 & 45001
standards
* Creating and maintaining all relevant documents meeting ISO9001 requirements
* Responsible for upholding processes, work instructions and necessary
quality inspection steps to ensure timely readiness of products
* You are responsible for hiring, training & supervising engineers and
technicians for production team
* You are responsible for developing a high performing team with a continuous
improvement mindset
* You will be planning production shifts to ensure daily / monthly targets
are met
* You will be Coordinating with other departments to ensure that equipment
and materials are available for use by other departments as needed
* You will also be encouraged to suggest necessary changes in processes to
make products easy to assemble.



You will also be sharing your feedback wrt
machines/ parts / processes to ensure ergonomics and efficiency
* You will be responsible for line balancing to optimize production line
efficiency
* You will be responsible to optimize cost through COPQ reduction and
consumable usage optimization
* You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining annual OpeX budget
* You are responsible for maintaining a clean work space promoting 5S

Ideal Candidate

* Has an excellent attitude to ensure production of a quality product
* 8+ years of experience in managing assembly lines to ensure production
activities has been handled in a timely manner
* B.E/B. Tech - Mech/ Electrical / production Engineering
* Proven work experience as Production lead with relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills and people skills
