Key Responsibilities
License Compliance Case Support
- Prepare LC case materials and supporting documentation for enforcement officers
- Assist in analyzing potential license infringement cases
- Support customer-facing compliance investigations and reporting

Data Management & Analysis
- Manage, process, and maintain compliance-related datasets
- Perform data mining and analytics to identify usage patterns and anomalies
- Investigate infringement data originating from enterprise computing environments

Reporting & Documentation
- Create detailed reports and dashboards for compliance tracking
- Present analytical findings to operations and engineering stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation of cases and investigations

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and compliance teams
- Support enforcement officers with technical and analytical inputs
- Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and case resolution

Investigation & Validation
- Review and qualify potential infringement or misuse cases
- Validate data accuracy and ensure evidence integrity
- Support compliance decision-making through structured analysis
