Business Process & Workflow Design
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support teams to define end-to-end workflows
- Design future-state business processes with measurable success metrics (cycle time, adoption, compliance, efficiency)
- Map system interactions, dependencies, and exception handling paths across enterprise platforms
Salesforce Solution Design
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated enterprise applications
- Work with CPQ (Conga CPQ) and marketing tools like Marketo or HubSpot
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform best practices for performance and scalability
