This role will respond to requests focused on HR data, related to all areas of HR such as recruiting, compensation, diversity, learning, talent, audits, compliance, and transfers. In this role you will be a resource for our internal customers for data requests, report creation, and existing report modifications. A key focus will be providing white glove service for high impact ad-hoc reporting needs, where you will help the requester tell a story with the data they are analyzing and presenting out to the business. This role will have the charter to simplify and delight the end user experience in everything we do.

- Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills

- Experience prioritizing requests in a high volume workplace
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel to provide advanced insights based on data sets derived from Workday
- Demonstrable ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle multiple deadlines

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in HR, HRIT, or related field
- 3+ years experience building reports in Workday
- Advanced Experience in creating advanced and matrix reporting types
- Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting required
- Experience with dashboards and Workday Worksheets
Other Qualifications
- Experience with composite, transpose, and Nbox reporting types
- Experience using Prism
