Technical:
- Software Application Development on the Salesforce platform using Object Oriented design methodologies and Salesforce technologies Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Salesforce Integrations.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience & Lightning Components implementation.
- Solid proven experience on designing salesforce solutions with best practices.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices have been followed.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and relevant implementation best practices.
- Application/component design experience with Salesforce com capabilities including integration scenarios.
- Hands-on in designing & configuring custom objects, custom fields, custom formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, custom reports, automation tools as per application requirements.
- Application/component design experience with Salesforcecom capabilities including integration scenarios.
- Create documentation, maintain standardization and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
- Ability to debug very complex code.




- Identify root cause for given problem statement, propose improvement in code by means of either best practices or solution redesign within Salesforce Ecosystem or outside.

- Develop expertise of Workday Go-To-Market business applications end-to-end.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Sales Cloud.
