- Strategic Involvement
- Create and manage the EA framework, including technology, data, and security architecture.
- Develop and maintain the EA roadmap that aligns with Business expectations and IT strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on technology solutions to support Colgate-Palmolives growth and efficiency.
- Ensure the technological infrastructure supports Colgate-Palmolives long-term goals.
- Technology Evaluation and Selection
- Lead technology design and implementation projects and provide mentorship to other architects and technical leaders.
- Provide productive Gap analysis of existing technology stack and target architecture.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to identify their impact on the EA.
- Governance and Standards
- Ensure architecture decisions align with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and implement the architectural standards and guidelines.
- Lead the architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with the architectural vision.
