Your role: In ADP, we're building the next generation of technologies. Our mission is simple: Create powerful solutions that are productive, intuitive, beautiful, and responsive. As an Associate Application Developer, you'll be at the forefront of platform application development, driving the end-to-end creation of a suite of applications. Leveraging your technical foundation,



you'll have the opportunity to rapidly develop solutions that directly impact customers and their organizations.
What You'll Do
- You are a primary resource for technical design, development, testing, support and ongoing maintenance for platform applications
- Implement and configure application functionality including user interfaces, business rules, workflows and complex logic
- Work closely with associates in the US to gather & understand requirements, propose solutions and provide support
- Work with support teams to troubleshoot issues and determine root cause
- Provide feedback on processes and drive both technologies change as well as product insight
- Pro-actively highlight issues and determine useful features for the platform teams through the proper channels
- Ensure all work is tested thoroughly through manual and automated testing
- Ability to multi task and take ownership of own progress & tasks
- Contribute to ongoing develop
