- Minimum experience of 5+ years with very good proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn etc.,
- Good knowledge of ML models development using classification, regression and clustering.
- Should have excellent knowledge and experience of developing models using Deep learning (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and Neural Networks.
- Valuable knowledge of NLP and related frameworks.
- Building solutions with GenAI and various LLM models for specific use cases.
- Experience in data preparation, clean up techniques and also be good at analyzing data.
- Ability to interpret model validation using relevant metrics.
- Fine tune and retrain existing models (BERT, NLP/Spacey) and manage the re-training pipeline.
- Proficiency in data visualization frameworks such as Matplotlib or Seaborn.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud environment like ECS fargate, lambda and serverless.
- Ability to build and deploy models in AWS cloud environment, look into security aspects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders and DevOps.
- Familiar with agile scrum process.
