3-7 years of Manual and Automation testing experience in Mainframe environment with COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB0 & SQL Queries
- Experience in developing Automation scripts & Automation tools – ALM, Selenium etc
- Experience in understanding the requirements, Test Strategy and writing functional test cases
- Payroll/HCM or financial domain is a plus
- Excellent academic background, preferably B.Tech / B.E Computer Science & Engineering
- Should be on permanent rolls with positive organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must demonstrate a flexible approach towards work, and ability to move across roles
- Excellent problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills with exquisite attention to detail, ability to think strategically and logically
- Experience on Agile Methodology / Processes preferred; process adherence; having the ability to enhance, optimize and continuously improve existing processes
