Purpose of the Job
In marketing and media, the digital marketing role will be the first to capture the consumer's imagination and represent the digital consumer within the marketing/media teams. This role will bridge the gap between brand team and digital impact, bringing alive the 'How's' of digital through communication planning, campaign strategy, design, and execution. The Assistant Manager – Digital will be a key stakeholder in driving the overarching digital agenda of the organization and integrating it into brand marketing interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Communication Planning : Devise and execute the digital campaign strategy in collaboration with digital creative agencies, ensuring that campaigns resonate with target audiences.
- Digital Content Creation: Support the creation of platform-optimized advertising content and engaging materials. Ensure that all content is SEO-optimized to enhance visibility and drive traffic to the brand's website.
- Content Syndication and Partnerships : Drive the brand's agenda for content syndication through influencer campaigns.



Explore potential partnerships with relevant partners across formats.
- SEO and Social Listening : Support the brand's SEO initiatives for YouTube and the website, and assist in social listening efforts to inform content strategy and moment marketing campaigns.
- Community Building : Devise and grow the brand's digital content footprint by building consumer communities across existing platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, Facebook) and emerging platforms (Quora, Reddit, Telegram).
- Website Management : Lead the development and optimization of the website, ensuring it aligns with brand objectives and enhances user experience.
- Performance Marketing: Work on different platforms to manage performance marketing of the brand – bidding on keywords, uploading platform relevant ads, optimising product information etc.
