- Identify and explore sales opportunities for IT infrastructure products and services through the GeM platform.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key government departments and agencies.
- Ensure compliance with GeM platform policies and requirements for product listings, bids, and tenders.
- Coordinate the creation, submission, and follow-up of GeM tenders and quotations.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes on the GeM platform, from inquiry generation to closing sales.

Sales Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, legal) and external clients to ensure timely and successful order fulfilment.
- Prepare and track quotations, sales proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
- Assist in preparing reports, sales presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client details, sales activities,



and pipeline information.
- Coordinate and track sales orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure sales, preferably through GeM platform or working with government clients.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure products such as hardware (servers, storage, networking) and services (cloud, managed IT services, etc.).
- Sales Coordination: Strong experience in coordinating sales operations, tracking leads, preparing proposals, and closing sales.
- GeM Platform Experience: Prior exposure to working with the GeM platform is highly desirable.
