Purpose of the Job: Responsible for developing Packaging options for new products / new categories. As a Packaging Expert, to give technical Inputs to brand team / design agency for Artwork Development. As part of the role, will be looking for Sustainable packaging options for the existing and current products. Spearheading Cost Optimisation in packaging
Key Accountabilities
- Packaging designing for new products and new category products
- Product Specification for all new products
- Vendor Identification / Audit / Approval / Costing Negotiation along with

Commercial Team
- KLD finalisation for new products including dummy development / transit trials
- Online Artwork Management and approval - external agency
- Coordination with Vendors - development / approval / systems




- Coordinating with Cross Functional Team for New Product Development / Launch

Skills And Competencies
- Different printing technologies
- Complete understanding on different packaging materials
- Understanding of statutory requirements across different states
- Analytical, multitasking and good at communication
- Strategic thought process
- Excellent inter-personal skills to engage effectively with internal and external teams

Requirements
Qualifications
- PGDM in Packaging from IIP or SIES

Experience
- Min. 2+ years experience in FMCG product
