Job Summary:
The Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for enabling insights-driven decision-making, optimizing operational processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing analytical projects, ensuring data accuracy, adopting new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Enable insights-driven strategic decision-making and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analytics and techniques.
- Organize and manage data insight initiatives, ensuring timely completion through effective collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.
- Communicate results and business impacts of analytical initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement precise management plans with transparent communication at all levels.

Operational:
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data deliverables through defined policies and processes.
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, engineering,



and visualization.
- Analyze and report results of analytical initiatives to leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop analyst-level employees to build a solid data-driven culture.

Technology Adoption:
- Lead digital and technological adoption initiatives across functions.
- Drive and enable digital transformation to improve business efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and project teams.
- Support adoption of technologies to enhance customer lifecycle understanding, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with managers to identify themes, resolve issues, and ensure benefits realization.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in Business Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
