Responsibilities
- Oversee hygiene and cleanliness standards across all outlets, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory guidelines
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sanitation, waste disposal, and daily upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of hygiene and aesthetics
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely resolution of issues
- Ensure timely training of staff in hygiene protocols, proper use of products and equipment
- Develop checklists and monitor regular tasks such as deep cleaning, sanitization, and stock of hygiene supplies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain overall ambience and aesthetic quality across all outlets
Requirement:
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards, especially in clinical, beauty, or wellness environments
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control practices, and aesthetic upkeep
- Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and presentation
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and ensure compliance across multiple locations
- Familiarity with facility management tools and reporting systems
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field
- Certification in hygiene, housekeeping, or environmental health (preferred)
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in facility, hygiene, or housekeeping management — preferably in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
