Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a hotel or resort kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Independently prepare assigned dishes following standard recipes.

•⁠ ⁠Complete mise en place before service.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor ingredient quality and storage.

•⁠ ⁠Minimize food wastage and follow portion control.

•⁠ ⁠Guide and support junior kitchen staff.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.





•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with senior chefs during service.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Valuable understanding of Kerala and Continental cuisine.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure.

•⁠ ⁠Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Language Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Malayalam – Mandatory

•⁠ ⁠English – Positive communication

•⁠ ⁠Hindi – Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
