Role Description
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and crafting proposals to support sales objectives. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, in office role located in Delhi,
India.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building recent client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Inbound and Outbound calling experience is a must
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
Experienced in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
