Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Drive revenue growth and increase online sales.
Improve ROAS while reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and campaign tracking.
Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and best practices.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience managing Meta Ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.
Proven ability to scale profitable ad campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
Analytical, creative, and performance-oriented mindset.
Experience in skincare, beauty, or FMCG is an advantage.
