Job Description: South Indian CDP (Chef de Partie)

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled South Indian CDP (Chef de Partie) specializing in non-vegetarian cuisine to support bulk production for Central Kitchen, Banquets, and Catering. The role involves preparing authentic dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, consistency, and hygiene in a fast-paced production workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian non-vegetarian dishes (e.g., Chettinad, Kerala, Andhra cuisines)
Manage bulk food production for banquets, events, and catering orders
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Handle preparation of marinades, gravies, spice blends, and meat processing




Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management and requisitions
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, especially meats and seafood
Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth production planning and execution
Support in menu planning and suggest improvements based on demand and trends

Skills & Competencies
Solid expertise in South Indian non-vegetarian cuisine
Knowledge of bulk cooking techniques and large-scale food production
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight timelines
Valuable organizational and teamwork skills
