Role Description This is a part-time remote role focused on planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The role involves conducting audience and keyword research, setting up and managing ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-informed adjustments to improve ROI. The specialist will develop ad copy and creative recommendations aligned with brand and campaign objectives, while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, collaborating with internal stakeholders on strategy, and staying current with platform updates and best practices.



The role may also contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives that support lead generation and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
Strong skills in analytics and reporting, using tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards to interpret performance data.
Ability to develop effective ad copy and collaborate on creative assets that drive engagement and conversions.
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a part-time remote setting.
Explicit written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience in performance marketing or paid media is preferred; certifications in Google Ads or Meta advertising are a plus.
Comfort working independently with accountability for results, and openness to learning current tools and platform features.
