Policybazaar is hiring a agile and result-oriented Area Manager – Field to lead and drive high-performing hybrid sales teams. The candidate must have solid exposure to B2C and Field Sales (Mandatory) along with experience managing both field and telesales operations in a target-driven setting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate field sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Must have hands-on experience handling both field sales and telesales teams
Plan and execute strategies to improve productivity and conversions
Conduct regular field visits and call audits for coaching and performance improvement
Monitor attendance, daily productivity, and overall team performance
Drive revenue targets and ensure business growth
Train and onboard new sales executives
Maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales.
B2C and Field Sales experience mandatory
Team Handling experience: 1–2 years (Mandatory)
Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations
Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Target-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Shift: Rotational Shifts
