About the Role

We're looking for an empathetic and qualified Counselling/Clinical Psychologist to support clients in overcoming behavioral, emotional, and psychological barriers that impact their health and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one psychological counselling sessions with clients.
Assess clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges affecting their health journey.
Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT and behavioral interventions.
Help clients improve motivation, consistency, stress management, and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with nutritionists, fitness coaches, and onboarding specialists to ensure holistic client care.
Maintain confidential and accurate session records.
Monitor client progress and recommend appropriate interventions.
Educate clients on mindset, emotional regulation, and healthy behavior change.

Requirements




Master's degree (or higher) in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical Psychology preferred).
Registration as a Counselling/Clinical Psychologist is preferred.
Certification in CBT or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches is an advantage.
Experience in psychological counselling, behavioral therapy, or mental wellness coaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong empathy and active listening abilities.
Comfortable working remotely and managing online consultations.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle coaching.
Background in sports psychology, child psychology, or behavioral counselling is an added advantage.
Experience conducting online counselling sessions.
