About the Company

Stockwell Solar Services Pvt. Ltd. (SSSPL) is a clean energy company founded in 2017 by IIT alumni, delivering solar and energy storage solutions through OPEX / RESCO and CAPEX models. We manage 250+ MW of operational IPP Solar assets with a pipeline of 1,000+ MW in Solar & BESS projects under development

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure
Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social media and consultants
Track and improve recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness
Manage HR operations

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Solid recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Solid organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and valuable judgement
